Photo of a Photo.
Here’s one from the archives: New Year’s Eve, late ’90s.
When Katie and I went to England last summer, I discovered a box of my stuff (from when I was living there) in my friend’s attic (I wasn’t living in the attic, the box of stuff was). Along with my passport picture and a bunch of postcards, I uncovered this gem.
In the photo, from L to R: Robbie (from Switzerland), Mearsy of New Volunteer (visiting Colorado for the first time from England), Marke (pre-wed), Eric, Me, Zach.
After gathering in the basement, we went to P.F. Chang’s for dinner, and then a Jazz club on 15th street called Sambuca (now closed). When the clock struck midnight, we poured out into the streets to fresh snow and then drove into the foothills.
I am sorry for spoiling this picture!!!!!!! Great night though Nath!!!!!! Do not mess with us……
The great difference between Americans and the English is that Americans want you to succeed because they feel you may drag them forward with you, while the British want you to fail because they fear you may leave them behind.

I was so honored to have been asked by Jacob and the tumblr staff to make this for the Reblog This Film Festival. And I was equally upset that I couldn’t actually attend, particularly because my good friends Rian, Ronen, & Joe were all there showing their collaborative movie Page 439.
Nicely done boss……
Magnificent ad for Levi’s starring Walt Whitman himself.
I’m deeply honored that the amazing Dustin Groeneman has painted a portrait of me (Included in his Hero Series, no less!). And now I have no reason to do any more self-portraits because none of them will be as good as this. Thanks a lot, asshole.
YEAH YEAH YEAH!
